Construction at South Lynn Apartments continues to move forward steadily, with clear progress both inside and out. The structure is now well defined, and the individual apartments are taking shape as the building grows towards its full height.

At the rear of the development, the roof structure is now in place, bringing a sense of completion to that section. Towards the front, attention is on the two penthouses, which are rising to full height in preparation for their own roof installation. Both already have their upper and lower balconies in place, offering elevated views over the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the outlook these homes will enjoy once complete.

Inside, the focus is beginning to shift from external construction to internal definition. The fresh-air filtration system is being installed ahead of first-fix electrics, scheduled to begin in the coming weeks — a stage that marks the transition from a single shell to a series of distinct, crafted living spaces.

This is also the point where personalisation becomes central. Kitchens are being created in solid wood, designed in partnership with Howdens and available in a wide choice of cabinet styles and colours. Bathrooms will feature Porcelanosa tiles, and flooring will be selected from Ted Todd’s engineered hardwood collections — materials chosen for their quality, durability and timeless character.

Several apartments have already been reserved, including one of the two penthouses. For those still considering a move, there remains an opportunity to secure an apartment while the widest range of personal choices is still available.

Completion remains on track for March/April 2026 — a realistic target as the development moves from build to finish, from structure to space.
