The build has moved forward quickly over the past few months. What began with foundations and blockwork has now grown into full walls and upper floors, and the shape of the apartments is clear to see. Standing inside, it’s possible to walk through the layouts and get a real sense of how the homes will feel once complete.
With the main structure in place, our focus is beginning to turn. The exterior of the building is almost finished, and with the work due to start on installing the roof in early September, our attention is shifting towards the interiors — the layouts, finishes, and features that will transform this into six luxury apartments.
This is when the design moves off the page and into something you can imagine living in. We’ve been working with a CGI artist to create the first interior visuals, giving a preview of how the apartments could look once furnished and finished. They help bring the spaces to life, showing light, scale and style in a way plans can’t.
The images also highlight some of the specification that will set these apartments apart: bright and open spaces, with modern quartz kitchens with built-in appliances, designer bathrooms, hardwood flooring, fitted wardrobes, and private balconies or outdoor space for every home.

With a daily presence on site, we can see these details take shape first-hand, making sure every decision is carefully considered.
Step by step, the build is moving closer to becoming six new homes.
